3 Days And 2 Nights in Barcelona Day 1: Bodega Sepúlveda Restaurant Review

 Hola  Qué tal?

Barcelona is such a poplar city for visitors there's so much to do and see it has rich history beautiful architecture and amazing food. Myself and a friend of mine Elisabeth decided to take a trip together since we both enjoy travelling but have a hard time finding others to go with for a weekend in Barcelona. The weather wasn't the best it was very windy so there was no summer dress to be worn but that didn't stop us from having fun.

We arrived quite late on Thursday so there wasn't a lot that we could do at that time, we booked our accommodation on Airbnb so we met up with our host she showed us around we dropped of out stuff and went hunting for food.

Wes found a lovely restaurant 7 mins away from where we was staying we wanted a place where we could eat like the locals. We came across Bodega Sepúlveda Restaurant as we were walking around the area had a look at the menu and decided to stay.

The restaurant is small and cosy but we were lucky that it was not a busy night and we were able to a table. For starters we had croquettes 2 baby squid 3 prawn, 2 Mushroom and 2 stewed meat they tasted really good.

We also ordered some bread with tomato that was also very tasty

For our mains Elisabeth had the meatball with squid which sounds like a weird combination but apparently tastes really good. We found it hard to believe that it was a typical dish that the following day we asked some Spanish people and they said that it was but it's not usually eaten in the city but in the more suburban area

Our first day in Barcelona was very chilled as we did arrive late and a lot of the tourist attraction were closed by then so there was only one thing that could be done and that was to eat good food and enjoy the good company.
